Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Once items are in the possession of the Post Office, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. While we are unable to take responsibility for lost packages, we are here to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding your shipment. In the unfortunate event of a lost package, we recommend contacting the shipping company directly to resolve the issue.
Items will be shipped to the address on your order. Please, make sure your address is correct. Shipping fees are nonrefundable if a package is returned for any reason.
We only ship within USA, we are not responsible for shipping delays is beyond our control.
Dye Lot
All yarns are dyed in small batches of 3-4 skeins. If you need yarns for sweater quantity, please email me before placing order. We can match the color as much as possible or dye to match that for you. It might takes longer to process if the yarn is not in stock. It is strongly recommended that you alternate skeins when using more than one skein of a color in any project if the color should be continuous.
Combining Shipping
We can, if you let us know as early as possible. We usually process our packing quickly. It all depends how busy we are and how fast we receive the email.
Return Policy
We don't accept the yarn return for pre-ordered yarn. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will make every effort to address the issue. Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days in their original (unused) skein-form. Unless it is our fault, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. And there will be a restocking fee of 20% of yarn price.
